Having started out selling shell & core loft space in the first warehouse conversions of Clerkenwell some 24 years ago for the likes of Manhattan Loft Corporation, Tobias has been instrumental in the progression of the East London property market. He has thrived on brokering record breaking sales of pioneering lofts, houses and unique property consistently over two decades.  Now, with exceptional experience of valuing and selling high-end residential and boutique developments, he takes as much joy in dealing with beautiful buildings as the inspiring people who buy and sell them. Life outside of work is all about family and travelling all over the world has led him to Yoga, meditation, the guitar and vintage motorbikes.

James Dainton

From the young age of 16, James started his property career during the 2008 recession and has never looked back. Specialising in the sale and rental of unique and unusual property, he enjoys London’s fast paced property market and is no stranger to large lateral lofts, quaint townhouses or bespoke penthouses. James’ extensive knowledge, resilience and strong work ethic ensures he consistently meets and exceeds his clients’ needs and expectations every time.  He has been involved in a range of property deals at all levels whilst acting for some of the most influential landlords of East London. James’ love of all sport, mainly football and boxing, takes up most of his spare time but nothing compares to spending time with his fiancée and young son. 

Adam Jones

With over a decade of real estate experience, Adam has an exhaustive knowledge of UK real estate and utilises a highly diligent, entrepreneurial and creative approach to deal making.

Before The Bespoke Agent Adam spent his career in acquisitions for a residential led development company specialising in alternative investments including Build to Rent, PBSA & Serviced accommodation where he brought forward the Former Boddingtons Brewery in Manchester. Prior to that he enjoyed a number of years in residential, commercial & investment agency in Shoreditch & The City where his extensive contact base includes property owners, professional services, institutional investors and corporate to SME developers.

Outside of the office Adam enjoys giving back to those less fortunate by completing personal challenges including the 2019 London Marathon & Prudential Ride London to raise thousands of pounds for UK charities such as the British Heart Foundation.
 

George Root

Lettings Negotiator

Specialising in residential lettings, George began his property career 4 years ago in Shoreditch and Clerkenwell . As well as East London, he has garnered valuable experience in South West London and North West Essex property markets.

Living locally George has an extensive knowledge of Shoreditch and surrounding areas combined with his enthusiasm for exciting, unique and one off properties. He excels in building relationships with tenants and landlords alike and is driven by customer satisfaction and providing a tailored level of service.

Outside of work, he is a keen footballer, playing at a high level as a youngster he maintains this as a passion of his. A regular in a local curry house down Brick Lane or zipping about Town on a bike, George is an advocate of all things ‘Shoreditch’.
